A bit about me
Hello everyone, I am Amika. Bonjour tout le monde, je m’appelle Amika. Sawasdee Kha Tuk Khon, Chan Chu Amika. My Mum is a Thai national and my Dad is Belgian. So I’m a “Eurasian” girl. Getting an education based on two completely different cultures is an exciting experience. But whatever approach is used, my parents have the same vision of what is good for me. Which is not necessarily mine, but it is normal, I am only a child!
A bit about my Blog
My Blog aims to share my life experiences with other children, and their parents. We will talk a lot about nutrition, because my parents are in this professional field. Inevitably, they did everything to keep me balanced and above all, to keep me away from foods harmful to my health. We will also talk about activities related to good physical and mental health, and other passions.
